Cooperation Scope

AgriAmino Global specializes in the B2B manufacturing and export of organic raw materials. Our services are tailored for:

Fertilizer Manufacturers

Raw materials for blending (Powder/Liquid).

National Distributors

Finished products with private labeling.

Agricultural Cooperatives

Bulk purchasing for large-scale application.

Not Supported

We do not sell directly to individual home gardeners or small retail quantities under 100kg.

Order Rules

Payment Terms

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) 30% Deposit, 70% against copy of B/L.

L/C (Letter of Credit) Irrevocable L/C at sight accepted for orders > $50,000 USD.

Lead Time

Standard Stock 7 - 10 working days

Custom Formula 20 - 25 working days

Private Label +10 days for printing plate creation

Customization (OEM/ODM)

Sample Policy

We provide free samples (up to 500g/500ml) for lab testing before bulk orders.

Client bears courier cost (DHL/FedEx)

Packaging & Molds

Private Labeling

Plate/Mold Fees: One-time charge for new bag cylinders or bottle molds. Fee is refunded if cumulative order volume exceeds 50 tons.

Ownership: All custom design files and plates belong to the client. We guarantee not to use your packaging for other customers.

Quality & After-sales

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Every batch is tested in our in-house lab. We also support third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) at the loading port.

*Inspection fees are shared: Factory covers internal testing; Client covers third-party fees unless quality issues are found.

Shelf Life & Warranty

We keep retention samples of every batch for 12 months.

Powder: 3 Years Shelf Life (Store dry)
Liquid: 2 Years Shelf Life (Avoid direct sun)

Legal Framework

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government bans on chemical exports, or raw material shortages caused by national environmental policies.

Liability Limitation

AgriAmino Global's maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods sold. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from the improper application of our fertilizers by end-users.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a quality discrepancy, the client must notify us within 15 days of cargo arrival. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration.
